Fresh Approach

Unlike other vendors, UC Advantage does not operate in a call center environment. Each UCA client is assigned a dedicated service team. This five-member team develops a specific, customized communication model. Teams consist of a claims analyst, an appeals coordinator, a tax analyst, an auditing specialist and an account executive.
